The marketing photos for the Galaxy A73 were provided by Evan Blass, a reputable industry analyst, in collaboration with 91Mobiles. The design language of the Samsung Galaxy A53’s more expensive sister has been recycled, but the bezels around the screen have been shrunk even more.
We’re looking at a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 1080P resolution and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. A fingerprint scanner is built into the display by Samsung. The front camera’s cyclops-eye cutout is in the center. It has a 32-megapixel front camera.
A raised camera mound with a quad-lens cluster can be found on the back of the next Samsung price catalog. It’s a matrix of 64MP wide-angle, 12MP ultra-wide, and two 5MP macro and portrait cameras with OIS. The audio jack has been removed from all Galaxy A phones with a higher price tag, including the Galaxy A73. It’s still dust and water-resistant, with an IP67 rating.

Everything is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778G, a mid-range 5G CPU. It has a 5000 mAh battery and supports 25W rapid charging (although it remains to be seen if Samsung will ship the phone with a power brick.) A minimum of 8GB of memory and 128GB of internal storage are included. The Galaxy A73 comes pre-installed with Android 12 x OneUI. Several governments have already certified the A73, indicating that it will be released soon.
