Oppo, like other Chinese phone manufacturers, releases two generations of its major lineups every year. The Oppo F19 series was released in the spring of this year, and the F21 line was supposed to follow in the fall. However, due to the ongoing global chip shortage, the launch has been postponed until next year.

According to the publication 91Mobiles, the Oppo F21 series will make its official debut in March 2022. The F21 could begin its journey in India before moving on to other South Asian markets. It is initially available in two editions.
Oppo launched the Oppo F19 series with only the Oppo F19 Pro and F19 Pro+ editions. Almost a month later, the Oppo F19 Pro debuted. Although the lineup included 5G connectivity, it was only available on the top-tier F19 Pro+. Oppo may redesign the entire F21 series with 5G technology next year.
