For rebranding, rehashing, and rereleasing old phones as new ones, Xiaomi Redmi has a bad reputation. It appears that they are doing it once more. A recent Google Play Console entry showed a device with the model number “Redmi Note 11 Pro 2023.” The device looks identical to the Redmi Note 10 Pro from the front (released in early 2021).

The name implies that it is a replacement for the Redmi Note 11 Pro (featuring G96 Helio SoC under the hood). According to the information in the console listing, the Note 11 Pro 2023 is powered by a different processor.
Qualcomm SDM712, also known as the Snapdragon 712 processor 2019, is mentioned in the document’s section on a system on chips by GPC. It is an Octa-core processor with a 10nm manufacturing process and a 2.3GHz maximum clock speed. Graphic performance is handled by the Adreno 616 GPU in this case. Despite how impressive it may sound, the Helio G96 on the 11 Pro 2022 model is still an improvement.
Additionally, a 440ppi FHD+ screen is specified for the successor here. The screen statistics should match since the newest addition to the Xiaomi pricing catalog has the same form factor as the Note 10 Pro from last year. Specifically, a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel, a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, etc. For optics, the same might be true.
The Note 11 Pro 2023 is anticipated to have a quad camera system on the back. Auxillary, depth, and macro lenses make up the remaining three, leaving the primary lens’s 108MP sensor enclosed in its 8MP wide-angle companion. Inside the front punch hole, there will likely be a 16MP selfie camera.
