We have the “Xiaomi 12 light NE 5G” label allocated with code “2210129SG” starting with the make and model number. The document states that Android 12 x MIUI 13 will be the default operating system for the device. According to the branding, it will have a 5G-capable processor inside.
The listing also reveals capabilities for Bluetooth, dual-band 5GHz WiFi, GNSS, and NFC connectivity. There will be three RAM/ROM configurations with memory sizes ranging from 6GB to 8GB. The lowest configuration pairs 6GB RAM with 128GB of storage, the medium configuration 8GB RAM with 128GB, and the maximum configuration 8GB RAM with 256GB.
According to all the information provided in the FCC announcement, the new Xiaomi lite mobile could end up dominating the mid-range smartphone market. The rivalry will become as thrilling as the Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G from the previous year.
In comparison to its predecessor, the Mi 11 Lite featured a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with 1080p FHD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm Snapdragon 778 5G chipset, 8GB+256GB storage on the top-end model, and a 4250mAh battery with 33W charging capability.
