The Xiaomi 12 series, the company’s most recent line of flagship phones, was released in December of last year. It was released first in China, as is customary. Xiaomi, on the other hand, has been working behind the scenes to bring it to the rest of the world. A few product certifications have already been completed for the Xiaomi 12 phones. Another agency outside of China just approved two Xiaomi 12 variants.

The Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro were certified by the UAE’s TDRA under the model codes “2201123G” and “2201122G,” respectively. The Xiaomi 12X, a more budget-friendly model, is also included in the series. The 12X isn’t included in the TDRA database, but it’s rumored to be making its global debut in Europe.
The series has the same design across the board, however, the measurements are variable. The Xiaomi 12 comes in black, green, blue, and pink matte finishes. The rear camera housing houses 50MP OIS wide, 13MP ultra-wide, and 5MP telephoto cameras. A 13MP sensor is hidden underneath the front camera.
A 6.28″ OLED panel has a centered O-hole punched in it. It’s a 1080p display with a brightness of 1100 nits, a 120Hz refresh rate, and Gorilla Glass protection. Harman Kardon-tuned stereo speakers are also included in Xiaomi’s new 5G variant.
The Xiaomi 12 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. A 4500 mAh battery and 67W wired charging power this powerful flagship processor. Wireless charging support is also available, with prices starting at 800 euros (Rs. 159,999).

The processor and camera configuration are the same in the Pro model. However, its display is a larger 6.73″ panel with a better QHD+ resolution. The slightly larger 4600 mAh battery also supports 120W charging.
