Tecno Spark 9 Pro Goes Official with 32MP Selfies, 90Hz Display, and 5,000 mAh Battery

Tecno has just revealed a new Spark phone for the entry-level market. The Spark 9 Pro comes with entry-level specs, a powerful camera, an eye-catching new design, and a long-lasting battery. In some African nations, the follow-up to last year’s Tecno Spark 8 Pro has already been launched. We’ll take a quick look at the features of the new smartphone.

A 6.6″ IPS LCD with a Full HD+ resolution is on the way. The Tecno Spark 9 Pro’s full-specced display refreshes at a smooth 90Hz. On the front, a 32MP camera is incorporated in the drop notch. The camera system on the back consists of a 48MP f/1.79 lens and two low-res 2MP sensors to round out the count. Ultra Clear, HDR, 2K video, and Super Night settings are all available on the phone.

The Spark 9 Pro is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery that enables 18W charging via a USB-C connector. 4GB/6GB of multitasking RAM and 128GB of extendable storage are included. The Tecno Spark 9 Pro is also powered by Android 12 with HiOS 8.6 on top.

On the new Spark pro, MediaTek’s Helio G85 handles all of the processing; the total arrangement isn’t the most high-tech, but it’s a nice fit for a budget-friendly device. The device is touted to offer a superb gaming experience, especially when the ‘Game Mode’ is enabled.

The Tecno Spark 7 Pro is available in Holy White, Quantum Black, Burano Blue, and Hacker Storm colors. The availability and pricing details have yet to be revealed, but Tecno phones are known for their inexpensive prices. The handset will first be available in African markets, before moving on to Asia.
