Tecno Camon 19 Neo Listed on an Online Store, Reveals Complete Specs, Design, and Pricing

We covered the Tecno Camon 19 Pro exclusively earlier today when it was featured on a Kenyan internet store ahead of its international launch, exposing all of its specifications and photographs. Pre-orders for the Neo version have now been discovered in Bangladesh. While the specific date for the Pakistani launch has yet to be announced, Tecno’s official channels have confirmed that the global launch will take place on June 15.

Pickaboo.com, a Bangladeshi online retailer, has a listing for the Tecno Camon 19 Neo. The page includes images and previews, and while the phone is presently on pre-order, the retail price is also indicated as 18,490 Taka (about 39,999 PKR). There are also detailed system specifications mentioned. Based on those, the 19 Neo is the series’ most affordable variant.

In terms of design, the Camon 19 Neo’s rear camera module appears to be similar to that of the recently released Tecno Spark 9 Pro, and it will also have a Triple Camera module on the back. However, instead of the lower camera ring’s horizontal lens alignment, the last two sensors will be vertically aligned. The Neo similarly has a concentrated dot notch on the front, and the screen is similar in size.

We’re looking at a 6.8″ FHD+ display with dot-in technology. Although the refresh rate is not stated, the resolution is described as 1080 x 2460 pixels. The screen has a wide aspect ratio that is comfortable to look at. The main camera on the back of Tecno’s newest smartphone is a 48MP triple-lens arrangement with Quad Flash. The front camera is a 32MP sensor with dual flash.

The Octa-core Helio G85 is at the heart of the Camon 19 Neo. It’s a 4G chip with a 12nm process node. The clock speed of the CPU has been increased to 2.0GHz. The processor requires at least 6GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage to function. The phone comes pre-installed with the Android 12 operating system.

The Neo comes with a 5000 mAh Li-Po non-removable battery to power the lights, and the charging speed is touted as an 18W Flash Charge (Type-C). The fingerprint scanner and the power button have been combined by Tecno. GPS, WiFi, FM, and NFC connectivity are all included, as well as G-Sensor, Ambient Light, and Distance Sensors.
