Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 to Feature 108MP Camera and Improved S Pen Support

Samsung’s foldable line continues with the Galaxy Z Fold 4. Although it isn’t expected to be released until the fall of this year, the rumor mill has provided us with product mockups and a few details. The following are the specifics.

First and foremost, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 will use the Galaxy S22 Ultra’s camera technology (except for the periscope zoom lens.) For the time being, the superior periscope-telephoto shooter is only available on the Vivo X Fold. To recap, the Z Fold 4 will include a 108MP 1/3.33″ primary camera, a 10MP 3x telephoto camera, and a 12MP ultra-wide camera.

The layout for the camera was also reused by Samsung. It’s a simple and elegant design. It’s one of the most stylish foldable this year, thanks to the borderless, notch-free, or hole-free display. Samsung has once again concealed the front camera beneath the screen. Instead of a low-resolution 4MP sensor, it has a 10MP sensor.

The S Pen Fold Edition has its own enclosure on the new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4. Because the Ultra-thin Glass (UTG) cannot sustain the conventional stylus, last year’s Fold Edition pen included rubberized travel. Samsung, on the other hand, is developing a ‘Super UTG’ pen that will operate with the ordinary S Pen.

The Galaxy Z Fold 4 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ processor. It’s also more lightweight and sturdy, with enhanced hinge architecture.
