Samsung’s current-generation Foldables are becoming better with each new feature. We’ve seen many reports based on leaks and rumors as the Korean manufacturer prepares to unveil the Samsung Galaxy Flip3 and Fold3 successors. However, as the launch date approaches, a detailed spec sheet has appeared. The future Z Flip 4 is featured in the leak, which was tipped by a reliable industry source.
The new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 leak, courtesy of noted phone leaker Yogesh Brar, also known as @heyitsyogesh, leaves little to the imagination. The Super AMOLED screen is 6.7 inches from corner to corner and has a 120Hz refresh rate while running an FHD+ resolution — to state the obvious, Samsung is returning to its roots with its affordable foldable.
The Galaxy Z flip 4’s secondary outside display has been increased to 2.1″ (up from 1.9″), allowing for more interaction with the extra Super AMOLED panel while preserving the same pocketability. The cover screen has a resolution of 260 × 512 pixels and runs at a reduced refresh rate.
The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, 8GB of memory, and up to 128GB/256GB of UFS 3.1 storage are at the heart of Samsung’s latest Flip model. The (new larger) 3700 mAh battery inside the foldable is charged using 25W cable and 10W wireless charging. The handset starts up with OneUI, which is based on Android 12.

The camera setup, both on the front and back, is identical to that of the Galaxy Z Flip3. Two 12MP lenses, one wide and the other ultra-wide are mounted on the back of the camera. In addition, a 10MP selfie camera completes the camera setup.
A side-mounted fingerprint scanner, an Armour metal frame with improved drop and scratch resistance, dual speakers, IPX8 water resistance, NFC, and 5G connection are among the other significant features of the Galaxy z Flip 4.
