The Realme GT Neo 2’s global rollout continues. India was the first international market to receive this flagship killer. And Realme has now launched it in Thailand, Malaysia. It may also be available in other Asian markets, including Pakistan, in the near future. The Realme GT Master Edition, another member of the GT family, was also recently announced on a national scale.
The GT series is designed to provide all-around flagship performance at a reasonable price. The Realme GT Neo 2 is the company’s most recent attempt at this concept. The phone’s shell is multi-layered, anti-reflective and anti-fingerprint, and silky to the touch.
It is available in three finishes: Neo Green, which combines matte black and bright green, Neo Blue, which is iridescent, and Neo Black, which is elegant and clean.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor at the heart of the Realme GT Neo 2 can handle any gaming title or app you throw at it. This mobile platform is an overclocked version of last year’s Snapdragon 865+ with lightning-fast UFS 3.1 storage. The largest vapor cooling chamber on the Realme prevents the phone from throttling.
The GT Neo 2, a new addition to the Realme price list, comes with a 5000 mAh cell for all-day battery life. The GT Neo 2 is charged using the cutting-edge 65W SuperDART charge technology.
A single charge provides 88 hours of music playback and 8 hours of uninterrupted gaming.
The GT Neo 2’s display is nothing short of spectacular. It has a Samsung 6.62″ AMOLED E4 panel. It has an eye-watering 1300 nits of brightness, the best contrast ratio in its class, and an unrivaled 600Hz touch sampling rate. Its refresh rate adjusts automatically between 30Hz, 60Hz, 90Hz, and 120Hz depending on the content rendered. In addition, a set of 360° light sensors adapts to the ambient light smoothly.
The camera system on the GT Neo 2 is adequate but not spectacular. There are 64MP wide, 8MP ultra-wide, 4cm macro, and 16MP in-display selfie cameras in the mix.
