Following the launch of the OPPO A76, the company plans to expand the A series with a new model, ready to take on the market’s mid-range competitors once more. The OPPO A77 5G’s launch date is still unknown, but we’ll take a look at the specs and features, summarising the leaked information.

There is currently no official word on the OPPO A77 5G, however certain details have surfaced as a consequence of leaks. The phone has just been highlighted on the prominent benchmarking site Geekbench, but no details on the actual design have been released. The certifications and benchmark sheet can be found under the product number ‘Oppo CPH2339.’ The Geekbench paper also includes certain essential A77 5G system details in addition to the benchmarks.
The first benchmarks provide a high-level summary of the specifications: The A77 5g is powered by an octa-core MT6833V/PNZA SoC with a maximum clock frequency of 2.4 GHz, as well as the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
It’s most likely the Density 810 from MediaTek (solution seen onboard with Realme Marzo 50, Honor Play 6T Pro, and others). The latest 5G Oppo smartphone also has at least 6 gigabytes of RAM, while the operating system is Android 12 OS x ColorOS 12.

Aside from benchmarks, there are currently no details on the pricing or release date. The smartphone could be released in early August, but OPPO hasn’t spoken anything about it yet.
