The Oppo A55s is the most recent model in Oppo’s year-round affordable release cycle. It was the first edition to be released in China. The phone’s specifications are quite standard. However, the chipset that drives it is based on a high-efficiency wafer. In related developments, the Oppo F21 Pro was released last week in Pakistan.

We’ll start with the Density 700, which is at the heart of the Oppo A55s 5G. It’s a 7nm chip with a maximum CPU clock speed of 2.2GHz. This MediaTek platform is powered by a 5000 mAh battery that does not allow fast charging. You can choose between 4GB and 8GB of memory. Both have 128GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded. This system runs Android 11 x ColorOS, which is the most recent version of Android.
Next, we’ll take a look at the display, which trails far behind the competition. It’s a 6.5-inch IPS LCD with a typical 60Hz refresh rate and a dismal 720P resolution. The marketing materials make no mention of screen brightness or protection.
The design features a chamfered plastic casing, a black rectangular camera cutout, and a single-tone gradient finish. You may choose from golden, blue, or black for the upcoming addition to the Oppo price list. The Oppo A55s has a total of four cameras (but only two are usable.)
