The iPhone 13 series is now available in the second wave of countries, a week after pre-orders began. Or will be very soon, as the Apple Store is “down” at the time of this writing, as is customary before every launch. It will be available again at 12 p.m. UTC.

The Apple Store is also bustling today for another reason: pre-orders for the Apple Watch Series 7 begin this Friday, with deliveries beginning the following Friday. The wristwatch will be available in more than 50 countries right away, including Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Japan, Mexico, Russia, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
When the store virtually re-opens at 12 p.m. UTC, you’ll be able to call “dibs” on a Watch 7. Keep in mind that the Watch SE and Watch Series 3 are still available for $280 and $200, respectively, if you don’t want to spend $400 on a new watch.
The same is true for iPhones; the iPhone 12 and 12 mini, as well as the 11 and XR, are still available. More information about discounts on older models can be found here.
